Everything worth knowing before you buy one.
How long is it valid for?
12 months from the day it's bought. The expiry is printed on the voucher and in the email.
Do they have to spend it all at once?
No. If the job comes to less than the voucher, the balance stays on the code for next time.
What if the job costs more than the voucher?
They just pay the difference on the day, however they like.
Can they use it anywhere, or only in this city?
Anywhere R1 Auto operates. It isn't locked to the city it was bought in.
How do they redeem it?
They quote the code when they book. It comes off the total, and staff take care of the rest.
What if they lose the code?
Give us a ring with the buyer's name or email and we'll find it. Only the code can be spent, so don't post it publicly.
Can I get a refund?
Gift vouchers aren't refundable and can't be exchanged for cash.
